Mixedmedia Producer

Your job

Gonzales is looking for a full-time Mixedmedia Producer. Producer you say? We'll that's really the guy or girl who is responsible for the start-up, follow-up and delivery of all our mixedmedia projects. You talk the talk with our customers, creatives and strategics, and you walk the walk with our mixedmedia designers and developers. You also do a lot of your walking and talking between our preferred suppliers and partners.

You know how to brief your colleagues with mean and lean functional designs and kick-ass wireframes. You also control the timing and budget of all our projects. Oh yeah, and you will never just "do something on Facebook", not even when our customers ask for it!

You will mostly be working from our Antwerp office, but you will also meet our customers in their offices (lazy basterds).

You will also write my next job ads, because I -obviously- suck at them!

You are

You are passionate about design in all its appearances, and you know your digital tools, technologies and trends (and you know why some of them really are cool, and why some of them really suck). We are looking for someone who knows the difference between Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and AfterEffects. You know when to use Flash and Javascript. You are the missing link between technical and non-technical people. You make them understand each other, and when they do start fighting you keep them apart. You are up to speed with modern tools and trends.

You are a team player, but can improvise on your own when necessary. You handle a decent amount of stress and deadlines without bitching about it (or at least you'll only bitch about it to the right people). You have a can-do mentality and always have a solution (or at least an excuse) at hand.

You have

• A few years of relevant experience (or enough passion to compensate for the lack of it)
• Some sort of diploma (anything will do really, we don't care)
• Good taste in design and excellent knowledge of the internet (no, we really do care about that one!)
• Passion for your job
